Have you tried using alcohol ink on a gel plate yet?

Gel printing is creating prints from a gelatin plate.  Its a very fun art technique / process.   In Mixed Media Mad (our sister community), we recently launched the Gel Plate Experience which is FREE to join.   If you want to join and learn some fun techniques for Gel printing, we would love to have you!

If you want to print your own laser prints, you’ll need to print with a toner based copy machine or laser printer. Inkjet prints do not work well in my opinion. Below are some laser printer recommendations:

HP LaserJet Pro M15w (with genuine ink cartridge)

HP Laserjet Pro M118dw

You can take your images and have them printed on laser at your local copy shop. Or have them make copies on their laser copier.

Hello, I’m new to alcohol inks. I can’t wait to get started and planning on using isopropyl alcohol. I’m wondering what kind of 3m respiratory mask you would recommend? There’s so many kinds and definitely gets very confusing on what to purchase. Any help would be appreciated.
