Today’s spotlight is on Alcohol Ink Art Community contributor, Sandy Sandy.   In the video interview below, Sandy is interviewed by Legion paper, distributor for YUPO and other fabulous art substrates.

Artist, educator, author and contributor to the Alcohol Ink Art Community, Sandy Sandy, became a pioneer in the use of watercolor and alcohol ink on YUPO paper, being one of the first artists to experiment with, and control paints on, this synthetic paper. Her passion to share her techniques and inspire other accomplished and aspiring artists led to the establishment of Learn, Love and Create – an online platform of painting workshops using YUPO paper as well as various Stonehenge Aqua papers. Legion co-founder, Michael Ginsburg, interviews Sandy to discuss her work spanning multiple decades. Michael and Sandy touch on how Sandy became an artist and what inspires her today.
