 Alcohol ink is an interesting and fun medium for creating art!   It's is used on a variety of surfaces. The best results come when working on non-porous surfaces, where the alcohol ink can flow and "bloom" effectively.  A good non-porous surface will also allow you lift the ink to create depth and value to your paintings.
