Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your Alcohol Ink Art book! Because our books are available in limited quantities, we ask that you review the following return policy before purchasing.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the book must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Free from writing, markings, stains, tears, or other signs of use
- Returned in a condition suitable for resale
Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Unless the book arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the book and packaging.
We will work with you to provide a replacement when inventory is available or issue a refund.
Because our books are available in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that a replacement copy will be available.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional processing time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Facebook & Instagram Purchases
For purchases made through Facebook or Instagram, return requests may also need to be initiated through the platform where the purchase was made. Any applicable Meta purchase or checkout policies will also apply.
